Perspective of whole-process trauma prevention and treatment system construction

随着全球经济发展,创伤已成为突出的社会问题,全世界每年死于创伤的人数高达数百万,严重创伤已成为我国青壮年的首要死亡原因。我国创伤发生率持续增高,而相比于国外创伤防治体系,我国创伤防治体系仍处于起步阶段,创伤的预防、救治水平发展滞后。构建覆盖创伤预防、创伤救治、康复随访、流行病学分析与政策支持的全流程创伤防治体系,对于我国创伤防治事业的推动具有积极作用。

With the development of global economy,trauma has become a prominent social problem for all mankind.Millions of people die from trauma every year around the world,and severe trauma has become the leading cause of death for young adults in China.The trauma incidence is increasing in China,but the trauma prevention and treatment system in China is still at initial stage compared with foreign trauma prevention and treatment system.The establishment of a whole-process trauma prevention and treatment system including trauma prevention,trauma treatment,rehabilitation follow-up,epidemiological analysis,and policy support plays an important role in promoting the trauma prevention and treatment system in China.
