摘要 为了有效预防、控制和减少钻井作业平台火灾事故的发生,采用多级模糊风险的评价方法,构建了钻井作业火灾事故发生的可能性及事故后果的因素集,建立了基于模糊层次分析法的多因素火灾风险评估模型,实现了对钻井平台风险的动态评估。采用该模型对M井场进行现场应用,结果表明,M井在钻井作业时火灾风险为4级,属于低风险。经验证,该模型可靠、逻辑推理可行,可应用于钻井作业平台。 In order to effectively prevent,control and reduce the occurrence of drilling operation platform fire accidents,the multi-level fuzzy risk assessment method is adopted to construct the set of factors for the possibility and consequences of drilling operation fire accidents based on the possibility and severity of the fire.A multi-factor fusion fire risk assessment model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is established to realize the dynamic risk assessment of drilling platform.Taking M well site as an example,the model is evaluated.The results show that the comprehensive value of fire risk in the well site is 4,and the fire risk of the well in drilling operation is 4,which belongs to low risk.It is verified that the model is reliable and the reasoning logic is feasible,and can be applied to drilling platforms.
