TBL教学法在口腔全科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨基于团队学习的教学方法在口腔规范化培训中是否能够提高学生学习能力。方法:选取24名学生参与3个学科的门诊教学,每个学科随机抽取3门课程完成3次基于问题学习(problem based learning,PBL)的教学和3次基于团队学习(team based learning,TBL)的教学,教学完成后进行教师评价、学生问卷调查及教学考核评估。结果:教师及学生调查结果显示,TBL教学法满意度优于PBL教学法(P<0.01)。但临床技能、体格检查方面还是需要更多临床实践才能有较明显的提高。教学考核结果显示,理论测试与临床技能测试TBL教学法理论考核、技能考核以及总成绩均优于PBL教学法(P<0.01)。结论:TBL教学法在提高规培生理论分析、讨论能力,团队合作能力等方面具有较好的优势,能够提高学生的自主学习能力及综合素质,值得临床推广。 Objective:To explore that whether the team based learning can improve students’learning ability in standardization training of stomatology resident.Methods:24 students were selected to participate in outpatient teaching of three disciplines.Three courses were randomly selected from each discipline to complete three times of PBL teaching and three times of TBL teaching.After teaching,teacher evaluation,student survey and teaching assessment were conducted.Results:Teacher evaluation and student survey showed that the overall satisfaction of TBL teaching method was better than that of PBL(P<0.01).However,the clinical skills and physical examination need more practices to improve.The results of teaching assessment showed that the theoretical assessment,skill assessment and total score of TBL team were better than PBL(P<0.01).Conclusion:TBL teaching method has more advantages in improving students’theoretical analysis,discussion,team cooperation ability and so on.It can improve students’autonomous learning ability and comprehensive quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
