摘要
功能载荷下的牙齿动度是口腔内的一种基本生理现象,在维持牙弓稳定性和分散咬合力、减少牙齿磨耗、防止食物嵌塞等方面起着重要作用。咀嚼过程中牙齿的异常动度可能是造成运动型食物嵌塞的间接或直接原因。这也为我们提供了治疗食物嵌塞新的思路和方向即通过调整牙齿动度来尝试减小嵌塞间隙,从而降低运动型食物嵌塞的发病率。因此,本文主要针对牙齿动度的测量,影响因素,及其对运动型食物嵌塞的影响进行探讨,以期为临床工作提供参考。
Tooth mobility under functional load is a basic physiological phenomenon in the oral cavity.It plays an important role in maintaining the stability of dental arch,dispersive bite force,reducing tooth abrasion and preventing food impaction.The abnormal tooth mobility during mastication may be the indirect or direct cause of kinetic food impaction.This also provides us with new ideas and directions for the treatment of food impaction,by adjusting tooth mobility to try to reduce the impaction gap,so as to reduce the incidence of kinetic food impaction.Therefore,this paper focuses on the measurement of tooth mobility,influencing factors,and the relationship between tooth mobility and food impaction,in order to provide evidence for clinical work.
