制药医学发展概况及学科建设展望

The development of pharmaceutical medicine and the prospect of its discipline construction

制药医学是医学的一个分支学科,专注于创新药物的研发,涉及药物临床研究与评价、药政管理部门的监管和批准等多个环节。自20世纪中叶以来,系统的制药医学在以英国为代表的发达国家中不断发展,并逐步形成了一套完善的制药医学人才培养体系,为全球的公共卫生和健康事业作出了巨大的贡献。当前,我国正处于由仿制药生产向创新药研发转型的关键时期,亟需大批有专业知识和实践经验的制药医学专业人才。因此,积极探索开展制药医学学科建设,完善新药研发人才的早期系统教育,显得尤为必要。本文将概述制药医学的发展历史与国际国内现状,以此为基础,提出对我国制药医学建设的思考与建议,并对当前该领域内的探索性工作进行简要介绍。

Pharmaceutical Medicine is a branch of medicine,focusing on the research and development of innovative drugs,involving clinical research and evaluation of drugs,supervision and approval by drug administration departments and so on.Since the middle of the 20th century,pharmaceutical medicine has been developing continuously in developed countries like the United Kingdom.It has gradually formed a set of systematic pharmaceutical medical personnel training system,making a great contribution to the global public health and wellness.At present,China is in a critical period of transformation from generic drug production to innovative drug research and development,and many pharmaceutical and medical professionals with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience are urgently needed.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to explore the construction of pharmaceutical disciplines and to improve the early systematic education of new drug research and development talents.In this paper,the development history and current situation of pharmaceutical medicine worldwide were reviewed.Furthermore,the thoughts and suggestions on the construction of pharmaceutical medicine in China were put forward,and the current exploratory work was briefly introduced.
