中小户型住宅建筑设计存在的问题及设计要点探讨——以柳青玺悦住宅项目为例

随着城市化进程的加快,国内各地土地资源利用与人口增长之间的矛盾愈发明显,中小户型住宅成为当下建筑设计的主要方向。在中小户型住宅建筑设计中,要把握中小户型住宅的特点,以提高空间利用率为主要目的,打造设计出合理、宜居的居住环境。基于此,提出了当前中小型住宅建筑设计中所面临的问题,并对设计要点进行了分新,以供参考。

With the acceleration of urbanization process,the contradiction between land resource utilization and population growth in various parts of the country is becoming more and more obvious,and small and medium sized apartment has be-come the main direction of architectural design.In the design of small and medium sized residential buildings,we should grasp the characteristics of small and medium sized residential buildings and create a reasonably designed,livable and comfortable living environment with the main purpose of improving space utilization.Based on this,the article mainly puts forward the problems faced in the current design of small and medium sized residential buildings,and analyzes the design points for reference.
