In order to better realize sustainable development,t is very necessary to strengthen project management.How.ever,at present,the efficiency of some construction project management is relatively low,which seriously affects the eco-nomic benefits.Therefore,this paper expounds the value of economic management of construction projects in project man-agement,emphatically analyzes the problems existing in the economic management of construction projects at this stage,and probes into the specific application methods,which provides a reference for relevant personnel.
