Study on Sustainable Development Countermeasures of Green Building Economy

近些年,城市发展建设速度不断地加快,导致建筑规模扩大、类型愈发复杂,虽然蒂动了地区经济发展,但也件随着能源消耗过大、生态环境污染等问题。因此,为了在维持生态平衡的同时获取经济效益,提出了绿色经济理念下建筑经济可持续发展策略。

In recent years,the speed of urban development and construction has been accelerating,which has led to the expansion of the scale and complexity of the types of buildings.Although it has driven the regional economic development,it has also been accompanied by excessive energy consumption,ecologial pollution and other problems.Therefore,in or-der to maintain the ecological balance and obtain economic benefits,the sustainable development strategy of building econ-omy under the concept of green economy is proposed.
