后疫情时代医学生社会责任生成机制及教育路径研究

Research on the generation mechanism and path of medical students’ social responsibility in the post pandemic era

社会责任是中国传统道德文化的特质,也是医学教育的核心范畴。培育有社会责任的医学生,是后疫情时代“健康中国”战略人才储备的必然要求。对医学生社会责任生成机制的研究是医学生社会责任教育的重要环节,医学生社会责任生成机制包含外生机制和内生机制。基于内外生成机制运行中存在的问题,本着“推动医学生社会责任生成”的原则,构建医学生社会责任实现路径:校内与校外相结合,优化医学生社会责任日常教育外生环境;线上与线下相融合,触发医学生社会责任内生动力源;理论与实践相契合,打通社会责任双生机制的联动循环。

Social responsibility is the characteristic of Chinese traditional moral culture, and it is also the core category of medical education. Cultivating medical students with social respon-sibility is an inevitable requirement for the strategic talent pool of “Healthy China” in the post pandemic era. The research on the generation mechanism of medical students’ social responsibility is an imporant part of medical students’ education of social responsibility. The generation mecha-nism of medical students’ social responsibility includes the internal and external generation mecha-nism. Based on the existing problems in the operation of internal and external generation mechanism, and in line with the principle of “promoting the generation of medical students’ social respon-sibility”, this paper constructs the cultivation path of medical students’ social responsibility, includ-ing combining education on and off campus to optimize the external environment of educating medi-cal students’ social responsibility, integrating online and offline education to activate the internal power of medical students’ social responsibility, as well as combining theory and practice to enable the double generation mechanism of social responsibility.
