公共体育教育的供给侧结构性改革研究

摘要 公共体育教育存在人才培养与社会需求之间不平衡的矛盾,需要推动公共体育教育改革才能满足社会对人才的多元化需求。建设一流的体育课程,坚持以人才需求为指引,尊重教育培养人才的实践要求,秉持教育质量优先的教学理念,坚持培育德育、体育素质多元的教学目标,才能实现公共体育教育供给侧结构性改革。目前,体育课程实践中存在课程目标不明确、课程设置模式不够完善、体育课程考评不被重视、资源倾斜的力度不强等问题。面对体育教育中的多项问题,要以培养学生体育素质为中心,坚持立德树人教学目标,将体育教育课程由单一教学转变为教师、学校、学生多维度教学,才能保障“两性一度”的教育培养水平,实现一流体育教育改革。 There is a contradiction between talent training and social demand in public physical education. It is necessary to promote the reform of public physical education in order to meet the diversified demand of the society for talents. In order to achieve the supply-side structural reform of public physical education, we should build first-class physical education courses, adhere to the guidance of talent demand, respect the practical requirements of educating and training talents, uphold the teaching concept of education quality first, and adhere to the teaching goal of cultivating moral education and physical education quality. At present, there are some problems in the practice of physical education curriculum, such as unclear curriculum objectives, imperfect curriculum setting mode, neglecting physical education curriculum evaluation, and weak inclination of resources. In the face of many problems in physical education, we should take cultivating physical education students as the center, adhere to the teaching goal of strengthening moral education and cultivating talents, and transform the single teaching of physical education curriculum into multi-dimensional teaching of teachers, schools and students. Only in this way we can guarantee the education and training level and realize the first-class physical education reform.
