摘要
体能素质拓展训练是一种以强化学生身体素质、团队协作能力以及心理素质为目标的运动项目,将其引入高校体育课堂之中,对于提升学生综合素质具有积极意义。本文以体能素质拓展训练引入高校公共体育课堂教学的价值及特点为切入点,针对体能素质拓展训练引入高校公共体育课堂教学这一论题进行系统论证,结合实验研究,形成结论与分析,进而为高校公共体育课堂教学的优化发展找寻可行性的发展方向。
Physical quality expansion training is a kind of sports program aimed at strengthening students’ physical quality, teamwork ability and psychological quality. Introducing it into college physical education classroom has positive significance for improving students’ comprehensive quality.This paper takes the value and characteristics of introducing physical quality expansion training into public physical education classroom teaching in colleges and universities as the starting point,systematically demonstrates the topic of introducing physical quality expansion training into public physical education classroom teaching in colleges and universities, forms conclusions and analysis combined with experimental research, and then looks for the feasible development direction for the optimization and development of public physical education classroom teaching in colleges and universities.
