Logical Grounding,Basic Dimensions and Paths to the Implementation of People’s Aspirations for a Better Life in the New Era

新时代人民美好生活的提出,渊源于马克思主义对人类历史发展规律的正确认识,根植于百年大党为实现人民美好生活而奋斗的伟大实践,来自于新时代我国社会主要矛盾发生历史性转化的时代呼唤。新时代人民美好生活是与“五位一体”总体布局高度契合的,包含人民美好物质生活、美好政治生活、美好文化生活、美好社会生活和美好生态生活在内的多维度立体化的美好生活。构建新时代美好生活,应当立足新时代人民的美好生活需要,从“五位一体”总体布局的战略高度逐步加以推进。

The presentation of People’s aspirations for a better life as a goal in the new era derives from Marxist correct recognition of the law of development of human history,from the great experiences the century-old governing Party has striven for the people’s aspirations for a better life,and from the call of the historical transformation of the principal contradiction facing Chinese society in the new era.The people’s aspirations for a better life well accord with the Five-Sphere Integrated Plan,which includes advancing a better material,political,cultural,social and ecological life for the people.A better life in the new era needs to start with the people’s ever-increasing needs for the better,to be advanced step by step by following the strategic philosophy of Five-Sphere Integrated Plan.
