摘要
以TK-C500土工离心机为研究对象,参考国家计量规范,开展离心机关键计量特性和通用技术要求的评价测试。选取了安装半径、辐射噪声声压级、回转转速示值误差、加速度示值误差和72 h连续运行的稳定性作为主要测试项目,采用直接测量和间接测量等方法,对主要参数按物理量进行拆解,选用适当的计量测试技术和理论对离心机的测试项目进行计量评价。结果表明,港口水工建筑技术国家工程研究中心TK-C500土工离心机满足研发要求和离心机性能要求。
Taking 500 g·t geotechnical centrifuge of national engineering laboratory port hydraulic construction technology as the research object,referring to the national measurement code for Geotechnical centrifuges,the evaluation test was carried out about key metrological characteristics and general technical requirements of centrifuges.The installation radius,sound pressure level of radiated noise,indication error of rotating speed,indication error of acceleration and stability of 72 h continuous operation were selected as the main test items.The main parameters were disassembled according to physical quantities adopted by direct measurement,indirect measurement and other methods.The centrifuge test project was evaluated by appropriate measurement test technology and theory.According to the analysis and statistics of a large amount of test data,500 g·t Geotechnical centrifuge of National Engineering Laboratory of port hydraulic construction technology meets the requirements of development and centrifuge performance.The paper describes the main process and method of the test.
