摘要
淠东干渠因石集航道口汇流范围内下垫面条件发生变化,重新计算洪峰流量,通过合理性分析确定了淠东干渠石集航道口处20年一遇、50年一遇设计洪峰流量。根据计算结果和渠道运行安全要求,提出了淠东干渠石集航道口段渠道级别应调整为Ⅱ级、防洪标准应调整为30年一遇的政策建议。
The flood peak flow was recalculated due to the change of underlying surface conditions in the confluence area of Shiji waterway mouth of Pidong trunk canal,and the design flood peak flow was determined by rationality analysis to flood occur once in 20 years and once in 50 years at Shiji waterway mouth of Pidong trunk canal.According to the calculation results and the safety requirement of the channel operation,the policy suggestion that the channel level should be adjusted to gradeⅡand the flood control standard should be adjusted to once in 30 years is put forward.
