混合式教学场域中高校师生关系的重构 被引量:19

摘要 信息技术与教育教学深度融合形成了混合式教学的全新复杂教学场域空间,对教学参与主体及其动态关系造成了全方位的影响。混合式教学实践中高校师生关系的发展存在一些潜在问题,包括教师角色定位不清晰、教学内容设计面向学生不足、师生互评动态反馈不够以及师生互动质量不高等方面。混合式教学场域中高校师生之间知识话语和规范体系发生了根本性变化,高校教师的威信确立依赖于微观权力而非宏观惩戒权。根据混合式教学的场域空间规律特征,高校师生关系的重构应该遵循提高教师德行风尚、激发学生主观能动性、推动多元主体协同、优化教学服务体系的发展路径。 The integration of information technology and education and teaching has formed a new complex teaching field space of hybrid teaching, which has a comprehensive impact on the teaching participants and their dynamic relations. In the practice of blended teaching, there are some potential problems in the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities, including the unclear positioning of teachers’ roles, the insufficient design of teaching content for students, the insufficient dynamic feedback of mutual evaluation between teachers and students, and the low quality of teacher-student interaction. In the hybrid teaching field, knowledge discourse and normative system between teachers and students have undergone fundamental changes, and the establishment of teachers’ prestige depends on micro power rather than macro power of punishment. According to the characteristics of hybrid teaching field, the reconstruction of the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities should follow the development path of improving teachers’ moral style, stimulating students’ subjective initiative, promoting the coordination of multiple subjects, and optimizing the teaching service system.
