摘要
5G+物联网冬奥会医疗保障指挥调度平台在北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会期间展现出对各医疗保障任务之间的信息互联互享,集中统一指挥协调,实时掌握伤员的生命体征信息的功能,实现了高效通畅的医疗保障工作。而危重孕产妇是一类特殊的人群,孕产妇病死率是评价国家或地区综合卫生状况的重要指标。及时有效地进行危重孕产妇的抢救,以最快的速度实现全院的多学科会诊,乃至快速的院际转运,是降低孕产妇病死率及严重并发症发生的一个关键因素。本文对5G+物联网医疗保障调度平台在孕产妇抢救中的应用进行总结,旨在借助该调度平台实现危重孕产妇更及时有效的抢救和转运,提高救治成功率,降低孕产妇严重并发症的发生率及病死率。
During the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympics Winter Games,the 5G+internet of command and dispatch platform demonstrated the functions of information interconnection and sharing among medical healthcare tasks,centralized and unified command and coordination,and real-time control of vital signs of the wounded for efficient and smooth medical security work.The critically pregnant women are special patients whose mortality is an important indicator for evaluating the comprehensive health status of a country or region.Timely and effective rescue of critically pregnant women,multidisciplinary treatment and even rapid inter-hospital transfer are key factors of reduced mortality and serious complications.We discuss and explore the application of the 5G+internet of medical security command and dispatch platform in the rescue of critically pregnant women to achieve timely and effective rescue in this review aim to improve the outcome and reduce the incidence of serious complications and the mortality in critically pregnant women.
