中等收入群体规模的影响因素研究——基于行业视角的分析

Study on the Influencing Factors of the Size of Middle-income Group:An Analysis Based on the Industry Perspective

文章以居民收入中位数的75%~120%为区间,对2010-2018年中国中等收入群体的行业结构进行分析,发现中国中等收入群体行业结构处于转型期,传统行业在下降,现代服务业在上升。采用分位数回归,从行业视角研究受教育程度、工作类型、健康状况、生活满意度等对中等收入群体规模的影响,研究发现:受教育程度、工作类型、生活满意度对中国制造业、教文体娱业、金融、信息与计算机服务业的中等收入群体规模有显著影响,而健康状况仅对教文体娱业的中等收入群体规模有显著影响。

Taking 75% ~ 120% of the median income of residents as the income range, the authors analyze the industry structure of middle-income groups from 2010 to 2018 in China, and find that the industry structure of China’s middle-income groups is in a transformation period, with traditional industries declining and modern service industries rising. Using the method of quantile regression, the authors study the effect of educational level, work type, health status and life satisfaction on the size of middle-income groups from the perspective of industry. The results show that educational level, work type and life satisfaction have significant effects on the size of middle-income groups in manufacturing industry, education, sports and entertainment industries, finance, information and computer services industries in China, while health status only has a significant effect on the size of middle-income groups in education, sports and entertainment industry.
