摘要
目的 探讨护士职业形象课程对本科护生人文关怀能力的影响。方法 以某高校大学一年级124名本科护生为研究对象开展护士职业形象课程教学。教学前后采用人文关怀能力量表进行评价。结果 教学后,护生人文关怀能力量表总分、认知维度和勇气维度得分显著高于教学前。教学后,护生人文关怀能力量表总分与国内常模比较差异无统计学意义,但认知维度和耐心维度得分高于国内常模,勇气维度得分低于国内常模,差异均有统计学意义。教学后,担任学生干部的护生人文关怀能力量表总分较未担任者高,差异有统计学意义。结论 护士职业形象课程有助于提高护生人文关怀能力,可通过增加学时、优化教学方法、设置实践教学环节等措施进一步提高护生人文关怀能力。
Objective To explore the effect of professional image course for undergraduate nursing students′ humanistic caring ability.Methods 124 first-year undergraduate nursing students at a university were conducted to have the course on professional image for nurses.It is evaluated by CAI before and afte having the course.Results After having the course,the nursing students′ scores on the humanistic caring ability scale were significantly higher in total scores,cognitive and courage dimensions than before having the course.After having the course,the difference between the CAI of before and after having the course from nursing students and the domestic norm cannot meet statistical significance,but the scores of cognitive and patience dimensions were higher than the domestic norm,the scores of courage dimension were lower than the domestic norm,and the differences can meet statistical significance.After having the course,the total score of CAI for those who were student leaders was higher than those who were not,the difference can meet statistical significance.Conclusion Professional image course for nurses can improve nursing students′ humanistic caring ability,can further improve students′ humanistic caring ability by measures including increasing periods,optimizing teaching methods and setting up hands-on teaching sessions.
