摘要
高职扩招引发的生源多样化导致顶岗实习管理的差异性和复杂性。从岗位适应能力、职业认同感、实习态度和实习管理等方面分析高职护生顶岗实习存在的问题,并提出加强岗前培训、加强课程思政建设、转变学生心态、加强实习动态管理、完善实习评价体系等对策,以期更好地开展顶岗实习。
The higher vocational schools enrollment expansion caused the diversified student pool and led to the differences and complexity of the management of the internships.Analyzed the problems of higher vocational nursing students′ internships from the aspects of job adaptation ability,professional identity,internship attitude and internship management,and proposed methods such as increasing pre-post training,strengthening the construction of Ideologica & Political Course,changing students′ mentality,promoting the dynamic management of internship and improving the evaluation system of internship to develop the internship better.
