摘要
目的 探讨新冠肺炎疫情下中高职贯通基础护理学课程教学应用产教融合的新型教学模式对护理专业学生手卫生认知和行为的影响。方法 选取2020级中高职贯通护生72人作为研究对象,将其分为两组,实验组采取产教融合教学模式,对照组采取传统教学模式。采用问卷调查、操作考核和操作抽查的方式对两组护生手卫生认知和行为的影响进行分析。结果 实验组理论与操作考核、操作抽查成绩高分段的人数均多于对照组,手卫生各项考核成绩均分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 新冠肺炎疫情下基础护理学产教融合教学模式对中高职贯通护生手卫生的认知、行为有提高和改善作用,值得借鉴与推广。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of the new mode of producting and teaching integration in the teaching of basic nursing courses in secondary and higher vocational schools under the COVID-19 on the cognition and behavior of hand hygiene of nursing students.Methods 72 nursing students of 2020 grade in middle and higher vocational schools were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups.The experimental group was adopted the mode of producting and teaching integration,and the compared group was adopted the traditional teaching mode.The effects of questionnaire,operating examination and random inspection on operation on the cognition and behavior of hand hygiene of two groups of nursing students were analyzed.Results The those students in the experimental group got high score frrm theory and operation examination,random inspection on operation was more than those in the compared group,and the average score of hand hygiene examination was significantly higher than those in the compared group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the COVID-19 epidemic,the basic nursing education adopted the mode of procucing and teaching integration model has improved the cognition and nursing students′ behavior in secondary and higher vocational schools,which is worth learning and promoting.
