养老机构医疗服务能力现状与对策研究——以海口市为例

Research on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Medical Service Capacity of Elderly Care Institutions——Taking Haikou City as an Example

以走访形式调查海口市4家养老机构医护人员配备情况、检验设备及检验人员配备情况、收费及医养结合情况等,了解其医疗服务能力,分析存在的问题。发现目前海口市部分养老机构检验设备短缺,医护人员不足,医疗服务能力有待进一步提升。对此,提出要增加检验设备、与第三方检测机构紧密合作、增加医护人员数量并提高专业素质、提高信息化诊疗水平、加强医养结合等,以促进养老服务行业更好地发展。

To investigate the situation including medical staff allocation,inspection equipment & personnel allocation,charges and the combination of medical care and nursing care in 4 elderly care institutions in Haikou city by interview,to learn their medical service capabilities and analyze the existing problems.We found that some elderly care institutions in Haikou are short of medical inspection equipment,medical staff and medical service capacity.For this,it is proposed to increase equipment,cooperate closely with thirdparty,increase the quantity of medical staff and improve their professional quality,improve the level of information diagnosis and treatment,and strengthen the combination of health care and elderly care,so as to promote the development of the elderly care service industry.
