摘要
以岗位胜任力为基础构建口腔专科护理定向培养模式,将其应用于全日制专升本层次的护生并进行培训效果评价。结果表明,以岗位胜任力为基础的口腔专科护理培养模式针对性强、临床匹配度高,值得推广应用。
Based on the post competency,a targeted training model of oral nursing specialty was constructed,which was applied to full-time nursing students who upgraded from junior college to higher level,and the training effect was evaluated.The results showed that the training mode of oral specialized nursing based on post competency was highly targeted and clinically matched,which was worth popularizing.
