摘要
探索在产教融合视域下,基于就业导向的老年护理校企双导师制新型教学模式的效果,以期改善护生对老年人的态度,增强其老年护理就业意愿,为高职层次老年护理人才的培养提供参考。
To explore the effect of the new teaching mode of dual tutor system for elderly nursing schools and enterprises based on employment orientation in the perspective of integration of industry and education,in order to improve the attitude of nursing students towards the elderly,enhance their willingness to work for elderly nursing,and provide reference for the training of elderly nursing personnel at higher vocational level.
