Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Income of Grass-roots Medical Personnel Based on the Perspective of Equity

通过调研江苏省7个城市基层医务人员的收入现状,分析影响其的主要因素,对基层医务人员收入公平性进行分析,明确基层医务人员补偿机制存在的问题并提出相应的对策建议。

By investigating the income of grassroots medical personnel in 7 cities in Jiangsu Province,the main factors affecting their income were analyzed,as well as the fairness among them.The problems in the compensation mechanism for grassroots medical personnel were identified and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
