摘要
查阅长沙市6所高职院校的人才培养方案,并对871位学生和48名教师进行问卷调查和深度访谈,以了解乡村振兴战略下农村职业教育人才培养现状,分析存在的问题,并提出建议。
Consulting the personnel training programs of 6 higher vocational colleges in Changsha,and conducting questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with 871 students and 48 teachers to understand the current situation of personnel training in rural vocational education under the strategy of rural revitalization,analyze the existing problems,and put forward suggestions.
