摘要
选择2019年12月-2020年12月中国人民解放军96604部队医院的内分泌科护理人员68名,按照培养方式的不同,分为实验组和对照组,研究预见性思维对内分泌科护理管理质量的影响。
68 nurses from the Endocrine Ward of the Second Division of PLA 96604 Army Hospital during December 2019 and December 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to different training methods to study the impact of predictive thinking on the quality of nursing management in the Department of Endocrinology.
