摘要
劳务派遣用工在我国呈现出逐年递增的趋势,派遣用工一方面丰富了劳动力市场的用工方式,降低了企业的用工成本,促进劳动力的合理流动;另一方面由于派遣中的不规范用工,损害了派遣员工的合法权益,影响社会的和谐稳定。文章主要运用博弈论方法来分析在劳务派遣“人才为我所有,但不为我所用”这一特殊用工模式中,派遣单位与派遣员工之间的合作与对抗的关系,揭示劳务派遣二元主体之间的策略选择和演化路径,以及劳务派遣演化稳定策略的实现条件。
Labor dispatch is increasing year by year in China. On the one hand, Labor dispatch enriches the labor mode of labor market, reduces the labor cost of enterprises, and promotes the reasonable flow of labor force;on the other hand, due to the irregular employment in the dispatch, the legitimate rights and interests of the dispatched employees are damaged and the harmony and stability of the society is affected. In the article the method of game theory was used to analyze the cooperation and confrontation between dispatching company and dispatching employees in the special employment mode of “talents owned by me but not for me”, revealing the strategic choice and evolution path among the two main bodies of labor dispatch and the realization conditions of the evolution stability strategy of labor dispatch.
