摘要
为了保证限矩型永磁磁力偶合器在煤矿爆炸性环境使用符合GB/T 3836.28-2021《爆炸性环境第28部分:爆炸性环境用非电气设备基本方法和要求》标准要求,通过对磁力偶合器结构、工作原理、工作过程的分析,重点对工作过程中铜转子导体盘涡电流、外壳热表面进行了点燃源危险分析,确定了产品I类设备Mb保护级别,提出了设计隔爆形式外壳、控制转差率以及使用红外温度传感器监测产品热表面温度的保护措施和控制方法。
In order to ensure the use of limited torque permanent magnetic couplerin explosive environment of coal mine, meet requirements of the standard GB/T 3836.28—2021 Explosive atmospheres—Part 28: Non-electrical equipment for explosive atmospheres—Basic method and requirements. By analysing the structure, working principle and working process of magnetic coupler,focusing on analysing the ignition source about the electric current of copper rotor conductor plate and shell hot surface, when it is working. The Mb protection level of class I devices was determined. The protective measures and control methods of flameproof type shell, slip rate of output speed and input speed, using an infrared temperature sensor to measure the hot surface temperature of the product were proposed.
