摘要 回转式钻杆作为锚杆钻机的重要组成部分,在工作过程中经常发生断裂现象,造成钻孔事故,影响生产安全。建立了某型锚杆钻机钻杆和钻头的有限元模型,分析得到了钻杆和钻头的应力、应变云图。对工作状态下的钻杆开展约束模态分析,得出了钻杆主要阶次的固有频率和振型,并探讨了不同长度和直径的钻杆对固有频率的影响规律,为钻杆避开共振频率区域提供理论参考。 As an important part of bolt drilling rig, the rotary drill pipe often break during the working process, causing drilling accidents and affecting production safety. The finite element model of the drill pipe and drill bit of a certain type of bolt drilling rig was established, and the stress and strain cloud chart of the drill pipe and drill bit were obtained. Constrained modal analysis was carried out on the drill pipe under working conditions, and the natural frequency and mode shape of the main stage of the drill pipe were obtained. The influence law of the drill pipe of different lengths and diameters on the natural frequency was discussed, so as to provide a reference for the drill pipe to avoid the theory resonance frequency region.
