摘要 根据生产需要,对EBZ160掘进机回转耳架进行了焊接结构件设计,在SolidWorks软件中完成回转耳架Ⅱ与截割部等的装配,在有限元分析软件中对回转耳架II进行了截割升降、左右横扫工况下的应力、位移分析。分析结果表明,回转耳架Ⅱ的薄弱位置在底部平板和圆筒连接处,与铸件实际损毁一致,但其最大应力远小于材料的屈服应力,满足设计要求。 According to the production needs, the welding structural parts were designed for the rotary table of the EBZ160 roadheader. The assembly of the rotary table II and the cutting part was completed in the SolidWorks software, and the stress and displacement analysis of rotary table II were carried out under cutting lifting, left and right sweeping conditions in the finite element analysis software. The analysis results show that the weak position of the rotary table II is at the connection between the bottom plate and the cylinder, which is consistent with the actual damage of the casting, but its maximum stress is much smaller than the yield stress of the material, which meets the design requirements.
