摘要
因油缸磨损情况越来越严重,万合公司以往简单的油缸大修工艺已不能适应实际生产、维修情况。为了确保大修缸筒的质量,缸筒大修工艺增加了珩磨工艺,自主研发了珩磨设备,并对其进行程序设计编程,实现珩磨过程自动化。该珩磨设备使用效果良好,极大地提高了大修缸筒的质量,同时因其自动化程度比较高,降低了人工成本的投入。
Because the oil cylinder wear is becoming more and more serious, the previous simple oil cylinder barrel overhaul process of Wanhe company can no longer meet the actual production and maintenance situation. In order to ensure the quality of the overhauled cylinder, added honing technology to the overhauled cylinder process, researched and developed honing equipment independently, and programmed it to realize the automation of honing process. The honing equipment works well, which greatly improves the quality of the overhaul cylinder. At the same time, due to its high degree of automation,the investment in labor costs is reduced.
