摘要
瓦斯抽采是高瓦斯矿井安全、高效开采的重要措施,常规水力冲孔或机械掏穴技术作为目前最普遍的扩孔增透手段存在可靠性不足、配套设备功率大、工人劳动强度高等问题。为此提出无泵式钻扩一体化双通道扩孔增透技术,利用井下静压水在不配备高压泵条件下一次起下钻完成单孔钻进-扩孔施工作业。制定相应施工工艺进行现场试验,结果表明,采用无泵式钻扩一体化技术可将钻孔直径扩大4.4倍,单班钻孔数提高了1倍,单孔抽采混合流量提升1.65倍,提高了施工效率,有效降低了工人劳动强度,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Gas drainage is an important measure for safe and efficient mining in high gas mine.Conventional hydraulic punching or mechanical hole-digging technology,as the most common method of hole enlargement and penetration enhancement,has the problems of insufficient reliability,high power of supporting equipment,and high labor intensity of workers.In this regard,proposed a dual-channel expanding for increasing breathability technology of pumpless drilling-expaning integration,which utilizes downhole static pressure water to complete the single-hole drilling-expaning operation in one trip without a high-pressure pump.The corresponding construction technology was formulated to conduct field tests.The results showed that the diameter of the holecould be expanded by 4.4 times using the pumpless drilling-expanding integration technology,the number of drilling holes per shift has been doubled,the mixed flow rate of single-hole drainage has been increased by 1.65 times,which improves the construction efficiency,effectively reduces the labor intensity of workers,and has high promotion and application value.
