摘要 煤矿斜井提升机是煤矿主要运输设备,以往司机接收到信号工发来信号后手动控制提升机,存在操作人员发出错误指令的问题、存在提升机非全速运行降低提升效率的问题、存在司机非正常开车造成事故的风险。采用全数字变频控制技术、计算机技术、矢量控制技术、冗余PLC控制技术及视频监控等多种技术相结合,实现无人操控提升和全自动运行。 The inclined shaft hoist is one of the main transportation equipment in coal mine. In the past, the driver manually controlled the hoist after receiving the signal sent by the signalman. There were the problems of wrong instructions sent by the operator, the problem of non full speed operation of the hoist reducing the lifting efficiency, and the risk of accidents caused by abnormal driving of the driver. The full digital frequency conversion control technology, computer technology, vector control technology, redundancy PLC control technology, video monitoring and other technologies were combined to realize unmanned control lifting and full-automatic operation.
