摘要 通过对现阶段煤矿瓦斯治理工作的实际情况以及现有技术和装备的分析,研制了用于煤矿瓦斯钻孔施工数据采集的数字化钻机。该装备集程序控制、数据采集、数字分析和智能评估等为一体,在现有传统钻机的基础上通过赋能的方式实现瓦斯治理装备的自动化、程序化,实现瓦斯治理方式的数字化、智能化,为智能化钻探技术的进一步发展提供初步的技术基础和建议。 Through the analysis of the actual situation of gas control work in coal mines at the present stage, as well as the existing technology and equipment, developed a digital drilling rig for data acquisition of coal mine gas drilling contruction. This equipment integrates program control, data acquisition, digital analysis and intelligent evaluation, realizes the automation and programming of gas control equipment, and realizes the digitalization and intelligentization of gas control mode by the way of engendering energy on the basis of existing traditional drilling rig, which provides a preliminary technical basis and suggestions for the further development of intelligent drilling technology.
