筒式过滤器外辐射场规律模拟研究

摘要 本文基于源项计算程序和MC程序对筒式过滤器开展了设备外辐射场规律研究,寻找设备外中子和光子注量率及能谱随设备运行中的不同工艺阶段和工艺条件的变化情况及其规律.计算结果表明,设备内滤液高度和滤饼含量、次锕系核素和裂变产物浓度、钚同位素组成比例、滤饼密度的变化对筒式过滤器的设备外辐射场会有明显的规律性影响,扩张器及进料管道、铀含量、滤饼形状、滤饼空间分布和结疤堆积位置等变化的影响则相对较小或可忽略不计.此研究为后续设备外钚含量非破坏性在线监测的算法研究和工程应用打下了基础. According to the process conditions and the characteristics of the cartridge filter,the radiation field outside the cartridge filter was studied using the source term calculation program and the Monte Carlo calculation program,to find out the correlation between the flux and energy spectrum of the neutron and photon outside the equipment and the parameters.The results show that changes in the height of the filtrate and the content of the filter cake,the concentration of minor actinides and fission products,the composition ratio of uranium and plutonium isotopes,the density of the filter cake will have a significant impact on the external radiation field of the cartridge filter,while the impact of changes in the uranium inventory,the expander and feed pipes,the shape of the filter cake,the spatial distribution of the filter cake and the position of scab accumulated is relatively small or negligible.
