高纯锗γ谱仪自动测量装置设计

摘要 设计了一套基于高纯锗γ谱仪的自动化测量系统.该系统由C#编制的样品活度自动化测量及数据分析处理软件V1.0控制,自动换样装置每次可连续测量100个样品,测量过程中自动判断最佳的测量高度,并实现自动寻峰、分析数据等功能.试验测试结果表明:该系统可以快速有效自动测量样品的活度,具有样品自动抓取、测量高度自动判断、数据处理等功能,提高了工作效率,有效减少工作人员的所受剂量. A set of automated measurement system based on high purity germanium gamma spectrometer is designed.The system is controlled by the sample activity automatic measurement and data analysis and processing software V1.O compiled by C#.The automatic sample changing device can continuously measure 100 samples at a time.During the measurement process,it automatically judges the best measurement height and realizes automatic peak finding,Analysis of data and other functions.Experimental test results show that the system can quickly and effectively automatically measure the activity of samples,with automatic sample grabbing,automatic judgment of measurement height,data processing and other functions,which improves work efficiency and effectively reduces the dose of workers.
