摘要
从传统电机内装式提升机入手,介绍了电机内装式提升机及其在国内外的使用、发展历史。然后详细介绍了采用稀土永磁体(磁钢)代替传统电机内装式提升机转子线圈的永磁电机内装式提升机的结构、工作原理及其所具有的显著优点,通过优点论述中的实证资料及理论分析,论述了永磁电机内装式提升机各个方面的可靠度。最后介绍了永磁电机内装式提升机在我国的应用现状及其推广面临的主要问题和应对之策。
Starting from the traditional motor mounted hoist,the motor mounted hoist and its use and development history at home and abroad were introduced.Then it introduced in detail the structure,working principle and significant advantages of the permanent magnet motor built-in hoist which used rare earth permanent magnet(magnetic steel)to replace the rotor coil of the traditional motor built-in hoist.Through the empirical data and theoretical analysis in the advantages discussion,it discussed the reliability of all aspects of the permanent magnet motor built-in hoist.Finally,the application status of permanent magnet motor built-in hoist in China and the main problems faced by its promotion and the countermeasures were introduced.
