摘要
随着当今煤矿领域智能矿山建设的快速发展,对煤矿主运输系统的智能化、信息化建设提出了更高的要求,为了提升煤矿煤炭井下开采后的运输效率,降低带式输送机低负载及空转状态下的运输速度和能耗,提升满载状态下的运输速度,防止煤炭过载溢出,从而达到节能降耗、提升设备利用率的目的,以煤矿主运输系统为研究对象,设计了基于视频识别的矿井闭环自适应调速控制系统。该控制系统基于带式输送机上的瞬时煤量、装煤速率等实时状态信息,通过视频识别和数字图像处理技术,实现了对煤矿主运输系统的变频调速控制。完整给出了带式输送机变频调速系统设计架构、视频信息采集处理方法、通信系统实施方案与模式及变频控制系统关联设计方案。
With the rapid development of intelligent mine construction in the coal mine field,higher requirements are put forward for the intelligent and information construction of the main transportation system of the coal mine.In order to improve the transportation efficiency of coal mine after underground mining,reduce the transportation speed and energy consumption of the belt conveyor under low load and idling,improve the transportation speed under full load,prevent the overflow of coal overload,and achieve the purpose of energy saving,consumption reduction and equipment utilization.Taking the main belt transportation system of coal mine as the research object,a closed loop adaptive speed control system of coal mine based on video recognition was designed.The control system was based on the real-time state information such as the instantaneous coal quantity and loading rate on the belt conveyor,and realized the frequency conversion speed regulation control of the main transportation system of the coal mine through video recognition and digital image processing technology.The design architecture,video information acquisition and processing method,implementation scheme and mode of communication system and associated design scheme of frequency conversion control system of the conveyor were completely presented.
