保德煤矿智能通风系统建设与应用 被引量:3

摘要 参考智能化矿井设计标准,在充分利用现有通风设施基础上,在主通风机智能管控平台、智能局部通风子系统、风门自动化及远程控制系统、远程定量调节自动风窗系统、矿井高效全自动智能测风系统、矿井通风参数快速准确测定系统、三维矿井通风智能分析决策平台等7个方面进行了升级改造,对改造后通风系统进行优化论证,结果表明:改造后智能通风系统能够满足井下通风要求,提升了通风系统稳定性、可靠性、易用性,提高了煤矿通风效率,为井下通风系统优化提供智能化通风监控平台,推广意义重大。 With reference to the intelligent mine design standards,on the basis of making full use of the existing ventilation facilities,the main ventilator intelligent control platform,intelligent local ventilation subsystem,air door automation and remote control system,remote quantitative adjustment automatic wind window system,mine efficient fully automatic intelligent wind measurement system,mine ventilation parameter rapid and accurate measurement system,and three-dimensional mine ventilation intelligent analysis and decision-making platform were upgraded,The optimized demonstration of the reformed ventilation system showed that the reformed intelligent ventilation system could meet the requirements of underground ventilation,improve the stability,reliability and ease of use of the ventilation system,improved the ventilation efficiency of the coal mine,and provided an intelligent ventilation monitoring platform for the optimization of the underground ventilation system,which was of great significance for promotion.
