掘进机回转支承连接螺栓紧固工艺研究

摘要 通过试验测定回转支承连接螺栓的螺纹摩擦因数、螺栓头下摩擦因数,并据此计算出在一定紧固力矩下的预紧力。通过试验研究不同紧固工艺下的预紧力数值及离散度,得出涂紧固胶后更快的装配速度,将显著提高螺栓紧固质量及拧紧后的螺栓会随着时间产生预紧力松弛等规律,为紧固工艺的制定和设备检修维护提供一定依据。 Firstly,the thread friction coefficient and the friction coefficient under the bolt head of the slewing ring connecting bolt are measured through tests,and the preload under a certain tightening torque is calculated accordingly.Through the experimental research on the pretightening force value and dispersion under different fastening processes,it was concluded that the faster assembly speed after applying the fastening glue would significantly improve the bolt fastening quality and the pretightening force relaxation of the tightened bolt would occur over time,providing a certain basis for the formulation of the fastening process and equipment maintenance.
