摘要
巷道是保障矿井作业的安全通道,针对目前多矿巷道支护顶梁频繁损毁问题,分析了巷道围岩应力变化规律,发现围岩垂直应力与巷道宽和净高的密切关系,建立巷道支护液压支架顶梁力学模型。经分析表明:围岩垂直应力随压力拱的增加而增加,与巷道宽和巷道净高成正比关系;液压支架顶梁所受的外载荷与巷道宽度和巷道高度相关,并且随巷道宽度和巷道高的增大而不断增大。巷道支护液压支架顶梁力学模型建立,为巷道支护、液压支架顶梁设计等提供一定的理论依据。
The roadway is the safe passage to ensure the mine operation.In view of the frequent damage problem of the support roof beam of multi-mine roadway at present,the stress variation law of the roadway surrounding rock was analyzed,and the close relationship between the vertical stress of the surrounding rock and the roadway width and net height was found.The mechanical model of the roof beam of the roadway support hydraulic support was established.The analysis showed that the vertical stress of surrounding rock increases with the increase of pressure arch,and was in direct proportion to the roadway width and clear height.The external load on the roof beam of hydraulic support was related to the roadway width and roadway height,and increased with the increase of roadway width and roadway height.The mechanical model of roof beam of roadway support hydraulic support was established,which provides a theoretical basis for roadway support and roof beam design of hydraulic support.
