摘要
在数字施工发展趋势下,分析不同路面3D摊铺技术的技术特点,用户才能够根据自身需求,开展适用性的配置。通过文献调研、试验路数据分析等方法,对近年来国内多个工程应用的路面3D摊铺技术,从系统组成、功能特点、机械适配性、现场施工组织要求、工程实施效果等工程适用性方面,进行了对比分析研究。结果表明:激光器技术可减少测量设备的数量,并适当降低施工现场组织的工作强度;GNSS平面定位技术可能会受电离场影响信号的稳定性,全站仪光学技术则不受此影响;从测量数据的稳定性分析来看,3D摊铺技术对比2D摊铺的基准线法优势明显,但对于2D摊铺的平衡梁法并无明显优势,不同3D摊铺技术的实施效果基本相当。
Under the development trend of digital construction,only by mastering the technical characteristics of 3D paving technology of different pavement can users carry out applicable configuration according to their own needs.Through literature research,test road data analysis and other methods,this paper makes a comparative analysis and research on the 3D paving technology applied in many domestic engineering projects in recent years from the aspects of system composition,functional characteristics,mechanical suitability,site construction organization requirements,engineering implementation effects and other aspects of engineering applicability.The results show that laser technology can reduce the number of measuring equipment and the working intensity of construction site organization.The stability of GNSS signal can be affected by ionization field,but the optical total station is not.From the stability analysis of the measured data,3D paving technology has obvious advantages over 2D paving datum line method,but it has no obvious advantages over balanced beam method,and the implementation effects of different 3D paving technologies are basically the same.
