摘要
沥青路面无人化施工为现代施工技术研究的热点,已在多个路段中得到了应用。基于崇明生态大道无人化施工试验段,分析无人化施工过程中的碾压路径和碾压遍数的控制情况,以及工后的平整度和厚度控制指标。研究结果表明,可根据实际施工情况,在无人化施工过程中调整参数设置,控制无人化施工机群协同作业,提高施工效率;无人驾驶摊铺机和压路机基本沿着固定的曲线前行,碾压遍数可控;无人化施工在过程中对厚度的控制还需改进。
Unmanned construction of asphalt pavement has become a hot spot and has been applied in many sections.Based on the unmanned construction test section of Chongming Ecological Road,this paper analyzes the construction situation of the rolling path and rolling times,as well as the control indexes of smoothness and thickness after construction.The research results show that the parameter settings can be adjusted in the unmanned construction process.Unmanned construction machine group can be controlled to work together in order to improve construction efficiency.The unmanned asphalt concrete paver and road roller basically move along a fixed curve,and the number of rolling passes is controllable.However,the thickness control of unmanned construction process needs to be improved.
