摘要
目前道路巡检大多仍处于人工巡查阶段,其自动化、信息化和智能化水平还有待提高。为解决东海大桥路面病害检测不及时、效率低、定位精度差等难点问题,以路面病害图像识别和高精度定位为核心内容,搭建道路设施性能精细检测系统。系统有针对性地构建了东海大桥基准路面病害图像数据库,借助轻量化车载设备,实现路面健康快速检测。通过RTK定位和自动桩号匹配,提高了养护巡查精细化,并生成养护地图,实现巡检可视化。
Most of the current road inspection is still at the stage of manual inspection.The automation,informationization and intelligence level still need to be improved.In order to solve the difficult problems of untimely pavement disease detection,low efficiency and poor positioning accuracy of the Donghai Bridge,this study builds a fine detection system for road facility performance with pavement disease image recognition and high-precision positioning as the core content.The system purposefully builds a benchmark pavement disease image database of Donghai Bridge,realizes rapid pavement health inspection with the help of lightweight vehicle-mounted equipment,improves maintenance inspection refinement by RTK positioning and automatic pile number matching,and generates maintenance maps to realize inspection visualization.
