微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定灵芝中7种金属元素含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定灵芝中7种金属元素的测定方法。方法样品经过微波消解,消解温度为180℃,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法,选用铑、铼为内标元素,对定量结果进行校准。结果灵芝中7种金属元素的加标回收率范围在90%~106%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均<5%;线性关系良好,相关系数(r)>0.999;钠、钾、钙、铁、铜、锌、硒检出限分别是0.843 mg/kg、0.151 mg/kg、0.825 mg/kg、0.0860 mg/kg、4.54μg/kg、18.4μg/kg、57.3μg/kg;样品中钠、钾、钙、铁、铜、锌、硒的平均含量分别为:102 mg/kg、2836 mg/kg、1959 mg/kg、69.9 mg/kg、18.2μg/kg、19.3μg/kg、0.462μg/kg,钠、钾、钙、铁平均含量较高,铜、锌、硒平均含量较低。结论该方法具有前处理过程简单、灵敏度高、分析速度快、准确度高、方法检出限较低、污染较少等优点,适用于灵芝中金属元素的测定。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of 7 elements in Ganoderma by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Methods Samples were processed by microwave digestion.The digestion temperature was 180℃,then the contents of 7 elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,rhodium and rhenium were used as internal standard to calibrate the quantitative results.Results The recovery rate of 7 metal elements in Ganoderma ranged between 90%and 106%,the relative standard deviations(RSD)were<5%,the linear relationship of the test elements was good,correlation coefficient(r)was>0.999.Method detection limits of sodium,potassium,calcium,iron copper,zinc,and selenium were 0.843 mg/kg,0.151 mg/kg,0.825 mg/kg,0.0860 mg/kg,4.54μg/kg,18.4μg/kg,57.3μg/kg.The average contents of sodium,potassium,calcium,iron,copper,zinc,and selenium in the sample were 102 mg/kg,2836 mg/kg,1959 mg/kg,69.9 mg/kg,18.2μg/kg,19.3μg/kg,0.462μg/kg,the average contents of sodium,potassium,calcium and iron were relatively higher,while the average contents of copper,zinc and selenium were relatively low.Conclusion The method had the advantages of simple sample pretreatment,rapid,sensitive,high accuracy,low detection limit,less pollution,and could be used for the determination of metal elements in Ganoderma.
