氧气驱动雾化吸入联合糖皮质激素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者炎症因子及心悸情况的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨氧气驱动雾化吸入联合糖皮质激素治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者炎症因子及心悸情况的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2022年4月于泉州市第一医院就诊的100例COPD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为A组以及B组,每组各50例。其中B组患者均进行常规治疗,A组患者在此基础上使用氧气驱动雾化吸入联合糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组患者的超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-8(IL-8)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_(1))以及FEV_(1)/FVC指数。结果治疗后,两组患者的CRP、TNF-α、IL-8高于治疗前,且A组患者的CRP、TNF-α、IL-8低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC高于治疗前,且A组患者的FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者治疗后的治疗总有效率高于B组,并发症总发生率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氧气驱动雾化吸入联合糖皮质激素治疗COPD有较好的临床效果,能降低炎症水平,改善患者肺功能情况,促进患者恢复,可临床推广使用。 Objective To investigate the effect of oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation combined with glucocorticoid therapy on inflammatory factors and palpitations in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 100 COPD patients treated in Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into group A and group B by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Group B received conventional treatment,and group A received oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation combined with glucocorticoid therapy on this basis.The hypersensitive C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1))and FEV_(1)/FVC indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the CRP,TNF-αand IL-8 levels in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the CRP,TNF-αand IL-8 levels in group A were lower than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FVC,FEV_(1)and FEV_(1)/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the FVC,FEV_(1)and FEV_(1)/FVC in group A were higher than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B,and the total complication rate of group A was lower than that of group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxygen-driven atomization inhalation combined with glucocorticoid has a good clinical effect on COPD,which can reduce inflammation,improve lung function and recovery.
