经鼻腔滴入右美托咪定联合静脉注射咪达唑仑镇静在小儿电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗术中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究经鼻腔滴入右美托咪定联合静注咪达唑仑镇静在小儿电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗术的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月至2022年5月于宜春市妇幼保健院儿科行电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗术的80例患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)及对照组(n=40)。观察组采用经鼻腔滴入右美托咪定联合静注咪达唑仑,对照组予以静脉泵注右美托咪定联合静注咪达唑仑。比较两组患儿的临床指标、镇静满意度及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组的入睡时间为(11.25±1.36)min,唤醒时间为(12.08±1.27)min,均短于对照组的(13.58±1.45)、(14.97±2.61)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组镇静效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经鼻腔滴入右美托咪定联合静注咪达唑仑在小儿电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗术中获得较好的镇静效果,可缩短患儿入睡、唤醒时间,有助于术后苏醒及恢复,且不良反应少,具有较高的安全性,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the application effect of Nasal Dexmedetomidine combined with Intravenous Midazolam sedation in children undergoing electronic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage.Methods A total of 80 children who underwent electronic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage in the pediatric department of Yicchun Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by random number table method.The observation group was given Nasal Dexmedetomidine combined with Intravenous Midazolam,while the control group was given Intravenous Dexmedetomidine and Intravenous Midazolam.The clinical indexes,sedation satisfaction and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The time to fall asleep and time to wake up of the observation group were(11.25±1.36)min and(12.08±1.27)min,shorter than(13.58±1.45)min and(14.97±2.61)min of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sedation effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Nasal Dexmedetomidine combined with Intravenous Midazolam can achieve a better sedative effect during electronic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage in children,which can shorten the sleep and wake time of children,facilitate postoperative recovery and recovery,and have fewer adverse reactions,with high safety,worthy of promotion.
