手术室日间手术中心的运转及效果评价

Operation and effect evaluation of day surgery center in operating room

目的探讨手术室日间手术中心的运转及效果。方法选取2021年3月至5月南昌大学第二附属医院收治的100例择期手术患者为对照组,另选取2021年6月至8月南昌大学第二附属医院日间手术中心收治的100例患者为观察组,比较两组患者基本住院情况、患者满意度和医生满意度。结果观察组等待手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度中术前指导、护理技能、服务态度、手术质量、手术安全、术后服务方面评分均高于对照组,医生满意度中手术准备、医护配合、器械管理、手术安全和手术质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展日间手术集中管理,能够缩短患者手术等候时间,减少医疗费用,促进手术室工作质量提升,从而提高患者和医生满意度。

Objective To explore the operation and effect of day surgery center in operating room.Methods A total of 100 patients with elective surgery admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from March to May 2021 were selected as the control group,and 100 patients admitted to the day surgery centre of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from June to August 2021 were selected as observation group.The basic hospitalization,patient satisfaction and doctor satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The waiting time for operation and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the hospitalization expenses in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of preoperative guidance,nursing skills,service attitude,operation quality,operation safety and postoperative service in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of surgical preparation,medical and nursing cooperation,instrument management,operation safety and operation quality in the doctors'satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out centralized management of day surgery can shorten the waiting time of patients for surgery,reduce medical expenses,and improve the quality of work in the operating room,thereby improving the satisfaction of patients and doctors.
