采用文献资料、实地考察、逻辑分析等方法,基于我国运动休闲特色小镇建设进程及遭遇的问题,聚焦横陂足球小镇个案,探讨其成功经验与启示。横陂足球小镇植根于深厚的地方足球文化,充分利用资源要素,成为行业典范,其成功经验主要在于:(1)坚持政府主导,遵循市场规律;(2)致力品牌打造,凸显地方特色;(3)带动产业融合,盘活足球经济。其成功经验启示我们:(1)挖掘地方体育文化,突出文化创新再造;(2)创建资源集聚平台,创新商业运营模式;(3)依托供给侧改革,打造体育产业生态链;(4)嵌入全域旅游布局,引领体育休闲消费。着眼未来,运动休闲特色小镇建设根本上在于凸显地方体育特色的同时追求产业发展的“特而强”。

Based on the construction process and problems of sports and leisure Characteristic Towns in China,this paper focuses on the case of Hengbei football town and discusses its successful experience and enlightenment by using the methods of literature,field investigation and logical analysis.Hengbei football town is deeply rooted in local football culture,makes full use of resource elements and becomes an industry model.Its successful experience mainly lies in:(1)adhering to the government leadership and following the market law;(2)Committed to brand building and highlighting local characteristics;(3)Promote industrial integration and revitalize the football economy.Its successful experience enlightens us:(1)excavate local sports culture and highlight cultural innovation and reconstruction;(2)Create a resource gathering platform and innovate the business operation mode;(3)Relying on the supply side reform,build the sports industry ecological chain;(4)Embed in the overall tourism layout and lead the sports leisure consumption.With an eye to the future,the construction of sports and leisure featured towns is fundamentally aimed at highlighting local sports characteristics and pursuing"special and strong"industrial development.
