As a unique power generation method to provide power resources,wind power generation has the effect of green and environment-friendly energy production.In the process of wind power plant facility construction,it is necessary to rely on high-quality construction management to effectively ensure the good operation of the wind power plant.Based on this,according to the characteristics of current wind power plant construction projects in China,this paper expounds the control and management of human resources,construction quality,material and facility control,project progress and other aspects,and analyzes the management effects and management methods in order to make contributions to the wind power industry in China.
